1Washing system 

The new generation of rotary stainless steel spring is used in washing clamps, and the clamps have no contact with the area above the bottles screw thread, and this avoids the possible pollution of the bottles screw thread;

Transitional thumb-wheel: it is made of the stainless steel and adopts the clamping transmission design. The high-efficient nozzles in the rinser-nip can make a complete wash of the interior of the bottles. 

2Filling system 

The advanced technologies from Italy and Germany are adopted in this machine. Its filling speed is very fast and liquid surface stable. For example, the filling will stop automatically when there is no bottle, and also the advanced automatic washing system is introduced in this machine

The rinse of the machine is carried on the spot and it can work with the mixer at the same time to realize the purpose of circular sterilization.

All the thumb wheels adopt the ring-like clamping bottleneck discharging method.

3Screw capping system 

Magnetic torque is used for screw capping, and the power of screw capping can be adjusted infinitely. It can use constant power to screw the plastic caps and will not damage the caps. And it will not damage the caps, it can seal the cap tightly.

The whole process of screw capping is automatic, when there are no bottles, this machine will not place the caps on the bottles. If there are no caps on the transmitting tracks, the machine will stop automatically.

The plane gyration air-driven bottle-ordering apparatus is not only can placed on the top of the machine, but can also put to the ground. This saves the time and will not damage the surface of the caps.
